Refund terms for Vestry digital resources and strategic engagements.
Strategy Consultation
Cancellation and rescheduling
A full refund is available when requested within 24 hours of payment, provided the consultation is at least 48 hours away. After that, payment is non-refundable.
You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the consultation and missed appointments are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If Vestry cannot deliver the consultation, you may choose a new date or a full refund. This policy does not affect rights required by applicable law.

Digital Resources
Digital resources, paid guides, workbooks, and executive briefs associated with AdvisorStack by Vestry are governed by the terms shown at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement. Full payment and digital resource terms are handled through AdvisorStack.xyz.
Strategic Sprints and Consulting Engagements
Strategic sprints, reviews, and ongoing consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements between Vestry International and the client firm. Cancellation, deposit, and refund terms are defined in those agreements.
Delivery Issues
If you experience a delivery issue with a digital resource, contact janice@vestryinternational.com and a member of the Vestry team will resolve the access issue directly.
